Voices

Voice identifiers are short strings passed to the SDKs (or REST APIs) when customizing AI audio output. Each SDK provides a default, but you can override it globally or per session.

Available voices

Identifier	Character	Recommended use
`alloy`	Neutral, bright	General-purpose conversations

Selection guidelines

SDK default – alloy is assigned automatically if you omit voice when calling OrgaAI.init() or params.voice in /v1/realtime/calls.
Runtime updates – call updateParams({ voice: '...' }) from useOrgaAI() to swap voices mid-session.
Future catalog – new voices (different accents, genders, tonalities) will be published here as they are released. Treat identifiers as immutable once documented.
